A DIFFERENT KIND OF LAW PRACTICE
Experienced Counsel. Refreshingly Human.
Jennifer Codding has spent much of her career working in real estate law, first as a paralegal and now as an attorney. She knows the details can get complicated, and she also knows clients don't need more legal jargon added to the mix.
Whether she's reviewing a contract, working through a title problem, or helping sort out who actually owns what, Jennifer gives clients straightforward advice about their options and what comes next.
Codding Law is a small practice on purpose. Clients work directly with Jennifer and get a lawyer who knows their matter, answers their questions, and isn't afraid to be herself.

A Law Practice Built for Real People
You should know who is handling your case, understand what they're telling you, and feel comfortable asking questions. That's the kind of practice Jennifer set out to build.

Jennifer takes the work seriously without taking herself too seriously. Clients can expect good legal work, candid conversations, and a lawyer who shows up as herself.

You Work With Jennifer
Codding Law is a small practice, and that's intentional. Your matter isn't passed through layers of attorneys and staff. Jennifer stays involved and knows what's going on.
REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE
She Knew Real Estate Before
She Became a Lawyer.
Before law school, Jennifer spent nine years working as a real estate paralegal. That background gave her an up-close view of the documents, deadlines, title issues, and details that can make or break a real estate matter.
Today, she brings that experience to her own law practice, representing clients in Florida and New Hampshire and helping people work through everything from everyday transactions to unusual property problems.
